All of our PCs are prebuilt and come fully assembled and ready to power up with all drivers installed. They are all rigorously tested according to our multipoint inspection. We don’t ever let a computer go out the door without proper cooling and cabling. Just connect your monitor, keyboard, and mouse, plug it in, turn it on, and start gaming! No! Just because you want your own custom PC doesn’t mean you have to build it yourself. What is the play score?

The Play Score is a score that we developed to help you see how different components might change the performance of your PC. Each of our PC components has been given individual performance points which, when added to your custom build, will increase the play score. The higher the play score, the better you can expect your PC to perform. You can use the play score to compare our gaming PC models and find which one suits your needs best.

We build PC desktop computers for gamers, creators, and more who want an optimized system for their preferences and styles. Our company was founded by gamers and people who expect a lot out of their PCs. At age 10, our co-owner Sean built his first computer (with the help of his dad.) He hasn’t used an off-the-shelf machine since. It is our mission to use the knowledge that we have of gaming and PC hardware to provide every customer with budget friendly, bespoke gaming computers. We have several recommended builds — including Sean's Signature Build — or we can custom build a machine for you. What monitor is best for my custom PC?

It really depends. While we don’t provide or sell monitors, we are happy to help you choose the best monitor for you! We can help you choose a monitor or make recommendations but we focus on the PC itself and making sure that you are getting the best build for your needs. We don't provide or sell monitors, since we try to keep our focus on building a high-performance PC for you. However, we are just a click away if you need advice when it comes to which monitor is best for you! What types of parts do you use in your custom PC builds?

To reserve a guaranteed live stream spot for your build, select the option on any of the PCs! We will build your Gaming PC live while you and your squad watch. Feel free to ask questions in chat about any of the hardware being installed in your build or about performance or settings recommendations for games you're interested in. The stream will be between 2-3 hours long as we pull the components and take your PC from new boxs to its first power on.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to get my custom gaming PC?

Once your PC is built, it will ship it via FedEx ground. It can take up to 7 days, but check with FedEx for current ship times and conditions which can depend on the time of year and location where you live. You can also request priority shipping for a faster ship time. Build Time Estimates

All builds are custom built to order and our current build time is estimated at approximately 4-8 weeks. The estimated build time is provided for information not a promise or guarantee of service. Build times may vary depending on parts availability and the volume of orders at any given time. How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates are detailed below, and they include shipping insurance to protect your purchase in transit. For International shipments you will be responsible for any taxes or customs fees imposed by your country. Shipping rates to Canada do not include any applicable GST/Taxes.

Shipments to locations in the continental US, AK/HI will be sent via FedEx Home Delivery at the following rates.

Continental US: $50 - $75 for Standard Ground Shipping depending on item weight

Alaska & Hawaii: Builds priced less than $1350 - $175.00 flat rate. Alaska & Hawaii: Builds priced $1350 & up - $250.00 flat rate.

US Military Addresses: Priority Mail Military, $85.00 flat rate.

Shipments to Canada will be sent via International Ground.

Canada: Builds priced less than $1350 - $125.00 flat rate (plus GST/taxes).Canada: Builds priced $1350 & up - $150.00 flat rate (plus GST/taxes).* Shipping rates to Canada do not include any applicable GST/Taxes.

Europe: *Shipping to most locations in Europe available on the the Odyssey, Zephyr, & Vanguard PCs only.*$200 USD flat rate depending on the shipping option you select. In addition to our shipping cost, you will need to pay VAT/Customs fees directly to the shipper. The amount of the fees will depend on the tax rates for your country. There are online calculators that can help you determine an approximate cost.

For other areas, we can make special arrangements to ship to most International addresses but you can expect to pay higher shipping costs because of the weight and size of the package. If you would like to check rates for shipping to your address, we recommend you request quote from DHL, USPS (Global Express Guaranteed or Priority Mail Express International) or another International shipping service. All of our PC's ship from Plano, TX, USA and will weigh between 30-50lbs. The most common package size is 20"w x 20"l x 12"h or 22"w x 22"w x 14"h. Returns, Cancellations and Guarantees

How do I change my order after I’ve placed it?

We will absolutely do whatever we can do to help you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes to your order before it ships. The sooner you tell us after you place the order, the better the likelihood that we will be able to change it. In most cases, the only charge to make changes will be for the difference in the cost of parts. But if your order is further along in the build process, then you might need to pay a restocking or rebuild fee. What if I need to cancel my order before it ships?

We are very excited to get your PC built for you, but we understand that things happen and you may need to cancel and come back to us at a later date!

All cancellations are subject to a 20% fee. Do your custom PCs come with a guarantee?

In additional to the manufacturers standard warranties, we provide a 1 year warranty on labor and include 1 hour of free video chat support to help you with setup or any question or concerns that you have after you receive your new gaming computer. What is your return policy?

Pre-Configured Builds:

Within 10 days of purchase, RGB CustomPC gaming computers may be returned in certain situations, such as if the PC is not able to be powered on or if there is obvious damage caused during shipping. Before returning your product, contact us for details and to receive a Return Authorization. Please note, in some circumstances, we may not be able to authorize a return of your product. Defective parts may be shipped back separately rather than returning the entire machine. Please contact us if you feel that any of your hardware components are defective. If all parts are not in good working order, then the cost for replacing or repairing those items may be deducted.

In order to keep our prices low, there may be restocking fees associated with any authorized return. You will be notified of those fees during the return process.

Custom configurations may not be returnable.

Identity Verification Process

Why do I need to verify my identity when purchasing a gaming computer?

Ensuring the security of our customers and preventing fraudulent transactions are our top priorities. Verifying your identity helps us confirm that you are the legitimate purchaser of the PC, protecting you and our business from potential fraud. How does the identity verification process work?

If our payment processor flags your transaction as potentially fraudulent, or if there are different billing and shipping addresses, you will receive a verification request from our third-party partner, Vouched. Vouched specializes in identity verification and will contact you via text or email. What information will I need to provide for verification?

Vouched will request two photos from you:

•Government-Issued ID: You will be asked to take a clear photo of either your driver's license or passport.
•Selfie: You will need to take a selfie to confirm your identity. How secure is my information during this process?

Vouched takes privacy and security seriously. Your information is encrypted and handled securely. Vouched shares a verification report with us, confirming that your identity matches the details from the order. What happens after I submit my verification photos?

Once you've submitted the required photos, Vouched will analyze the information and provide us with a verification report. This report confirms that your identity matches the purchaser of the PC. Your information is handled confidentially. How long does the verification process take?
