computer. Since then he has never used an off the shelf machine. It
is our mission to use the knowledge that we have of gaming and PC hardware to

build a machine for you.
Yes! You can choose to upgrade when you purchase by selecting any of
the custom options we have available or you can add DIY upgrades later. We
offer lifetime support to help you with compatible hardware upgrades on any RGB
CustomPC gaming computer you own.
We use enthusiast level name brand parts from top manufacturers like Corsair, Cooler Master, NZXT, Thermaltake, PowerColor, G.Skill, Gigabyte, Gigabyte Aorus, Intel, AMD, AMD Ryzen, EVGA, MSI, HyperX, Asus, NVIDIA, BeQuiet!, Noctua, and others.

Applying for financing is easy! There are just a few things that you need to know when you are applying.
The Klarna application doesn’t just use a customer's date of birth + SSN. The application also pulls information from your billing information / information entered during checkout on our site. So, here are some tips:
Be one person. The name provided in the billing information checkout screen has to match the name of the person whose date-of-birth and SSN-last-four that will be provided in the pop-up application. No mixing and matching! Spouses and other family members often do this.
Match the bureau: name and address
Name has to match the credit bureau. That means no typos and no nicknames. Use a correctly-spelled legal name.
Billing address must match what the bureau has on file. If you’ve recently moved, reach out to the bureau to make sure they update the information associated with you. Best to give some time between updating the bureau and submitting an application.
Remember! Is your credit frozen? If so, that will prevent Klarna from opening an account. Contact Experian about having your credit unfrozen before applying. If a customer applies with frozen credit they will receive an email indicating that this is the reason we weren't able to approve their application. It can take a few days or even a week for a credit freeze to be removed and show as removed during an application attempt.
Those are the main reasons an otherwise-creditworthy applicant may be declined.
A recent decline. Klarna prevents recently-declined consumers from applying for 30 days as a consumer protection measure.
No PO Boxes. Klarna requires a physical address to validate identity.
No West Virginia billing or shipping addresses. We do not currently offer financing in West Virginia. All other 49 states are fine.
Yes! We accept payment plans through Partial.ly. You will put at least 25% down and then make payments over time. Your order will be captured as soon as the first payment is received. Plans are flexible and you will decide how often you want to make payments and how much each payment should be. Your PC will be released for shipping as soon as we receive your final payment.
This option is a great way to pay for your PC in affordable payments, over time with no financing, credit checks, or interest! Pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly - whatever works best for you.

Our builds ship within 5-10 days. Once your gaming build has shipped via FedEx Ground, it takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive to you for gaming. You can also request priority shipping to get your gaming build faster!
In additional to the manufacturers standard warranties, we provide a
1 year warranty on parts and labor and include 1
hour of free video chat support to help you with setup or any question or
concerns that you have after you receive your new computer.
RGB CustomPC gaming computers come with a 15-day return policy if something is not working. Before
returning your product, contact us for details and to receive a Return
Authorization. Please note, in some circumstances, we may not be able to authorize a return of your product. Defective parts may be shipped back separately rather than
returning the entire machine. Please contact us if you feel that any of your hardware
components are defective. If all parts are not in good working order, then the cost for replacing or repairing those items may be deducted.
Custom configurations may not be returnable.
